At Genzoutfit, we’re all about good vibes and great fits — but if something doesn’t work out, no worries. We’ve got a straightforward return process to make things easy.

✅ What Can Be Returned?

You can return most items if they meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags and original packaging still attached

• Not marked as a final sale item (those are non-returnable)

📦 How to Start a Return

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return

2. We’ll send you the return instructions + form

3. Repack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide

Please note: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged, etc.)

💸 Refund Details

Once your return is received and inspected, here’s what happens:

• Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days

• Funds go back to your original payment method

• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we messed up)

🔁 Can I Exchange Instead?

At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, simply return your item and place a new order.
