Which payment methods do we accept?
- Credit and debit cards, entered at checkout.
- PayPal, including paying with a card through PayPal.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection. We don’t see or store your full card number.
When is my card charged?
Your payment is taken when you place your order. Each item is then printed to order, as described on our how it works page.
What if my payment is declined?
- Check that the card number, expiry date, security code and billing address are correct.
- Make sure your bank allows the purchase, or try another card or PayPal.
- If it still doesn’t work, send us a message through the contact page.
