We sell personalized pet products for people: pajama pants, short pajama sets, a long-sleeve satin pajama set, fleece, sherpa and minky blankets, and crew socks printed with your dog’s or cat’s photo. We also sell dog, cat and breed print designs. Every item is printed to order, and our pajama pants, short sets, blankets and socks are printed in the USA.

1. Open a product and choose its options, including a size for anything you wear.
2. Upload your pet’s photo on the product page, and add a pet name if the item offers one.
3. Add it to your cart and check out. The price is shown on the product page and at checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible through our contact page with your order number and the change you need. Each item is printed for you, so once production has started we may not be able to change or cancel it.

No. Our pajamas and socks are made for people. We don’t sell clothing for pets, matching dog-and-owner sets or kids’ pajamas.

Choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet faces the camera, both eyes are visible and the whole face is in the frame. Avoid heavy filters. If you can, upload the original file from your phone rather than a screenshot or a photo saved from social media, which is usually smaller.

If your photo is too blurry, dark or low-resolution to print well, we email you before production. You can send a different photo, or tell us to go ahead with the one you uploaded.

Not on every order. We print the photo you upload rather than redrawing it, and we email you before production if the photo won’t print well.

Very close, but very bright shades print a little softer. Screens make color with light (RGB) and fabric is printed with ink (CMYK), which can’t reach every neon green, electric blue or hot pink a screen can show. A small shift in shade is normal and isn’t a misprint; colors that are clearly off compared with your photo are covered, and we reprint or refund. See the color chart in our pet photo guide.

Use one pet per photo. To include more than one pet, choose the number of pets (up to 5) on the product page and upload one photo of each. Pictures taken in similar light and at a similar distance tend to print at a matching size.

Yes, as long as it’s sharp enough to print. Older photos are often small or scanned from prints, so send the best original you have. If it won’t print well, we’ll email you before production. Our pet memorial gifts gather keepsakes for remembering a pet.

Check the size guide. It lists our supplier’s garment measurements, so compare them with a similar item you own. Pajama pants come in men’s and women’s S–2XL, short pajama sets in women’s S–3XL and men’s S–2XL, and the satin pajama set in XS–5XL.

Our crew socks come in 3 sizes, and our supplier doesn’t match them to US shoe sizes. Lay a crew sock that fits you flat, measure it from heel to toe, and compare that with the Foot length column in our sock size chart.

No. The pajama pants have an elastic waistband, with no side pockets and no drawstring.

Our blankets come in five styles. Landscape: fleece 60 x 50 inches, sherpa 40 x 30 or 60 x 50 inches, and minky 60 x 50 inches. Portrait: fleece 30 x 40 or 60 x 80 inches, and minky 30 x 40, 40 x 50, 50 x 60 or 60 x 80 inches. The Dog Print Fleece Blanket comes in the two fleece styles. All of them have a single-sided print, so your pet’s photo appears on one side only.

It depends on the style: pajama pants, short sets and socks take 2–4 business days to print and 2–9 to ship. Landscape blankets and portrait fleece blankets take 1–3 to print and 5–7 to ship; portrait minky blankets take 2–4 and 2–9. The satin pajama set takes 3–5 business days to print and 9–11 to ship. Orders with two or more items take 1 extra business day. Our shipping page has a table by product.

No. We ship to US addresses only. Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and similar areas can take up to 40–45 business days.

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Production and delivery ranges for each product are on our shipping page.

We can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date. Holiday demand can add 5–15 business days to shipping, so order early for the holidays.

Custom items can’t be returned for change of mind or exchanged because a different size was chosen. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us photos within 14 days of delivery through our contact page and we’ll reprint or refund it. See our returns and remake policy.

Change of mind, a size you chose that doesn’t fit, a small color shift between your screen and the printed fabric, print quality caused by a photo we flagged and you asked us to print anyway, and problems reported more than 14 days after delivery.

Pajama pants: machine wash in cold water, hang dry and don’t bleach. Short pajama sets: machine wash in cold water, don’t bleach, and tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Fleece and sherpa blankets are machine washable. Our supplier doesn’t publish care steps for the socks, the minky blankets or the satin set, so we don’t list any here.

We use it to make and ship your order, and to sort out a reprint if something goes wrong. We don’t use it in ads, on social media or on this site without your permission, and you can ask us to delete it. Our privacy policy has the details.

Card and PayPal payments are handled by our payment providers, and we don’t see or store your full card number. Our payment methods page lists the options.
