GenzOutfit operates genzoutfit.com and sells personalized items printed from photos that customers upload. You can reach us about anything in this policy through our contact page.
What information do we collect, and why?

Card and PayPal payments are handled by our payment providers. We don’t see or store your full card number.
How do we use your pet photos?
The photo you upload is the part most people care about, so it has its own rules:
- We use it only to make and ship your order, and to sort out a reprint if something goes wrong.
- We share it only with our print and fulfillment partners, so they can print your item.
- We don’t sell or license your photo, and we don’t use it in ads, on social media or on this site unless you give us permission first.
- You can ask us to delete your photo at any time through our contact page. Include the email you ordered with and your order number.

How do we use your other information?
- To process, print and ship your order, and to send order and shipping emails.
- To email you before production if your photo is too blurry, dark or low-resolution to print well.
- To answer your questions and handle reprints or refunds.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To improve the site and our products.
- To send marketing emails, only if you sign up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time from any marketing email.
Who do we share it with?
We share only what each partner needs to do their job:
- Print and fulfillment partners receive your photo, item details and shipping address so your item can be made and sent.
- Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your order.
- Payment providers handle the payment itself and receive your payment details directly.
- Service providers that run this website, such as hosting, receive the data needed to keep it working.
We don’t sell your personal information.
How do cookies work on this site?
Cookies keep your cart working, carry you through checkout, remember your choices and help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, such as the cart, may stop working.
How long do we keep your information?
We keep order and payment records for as long as we need them to fulfil your order, handle reprints or refunds, and meet tax and accounting rules. Your uploaded photo is kept with your order so we can handle a reprint, and you can ask us to delete it sooner at any time. Account details are kept until you ask us to close your account.
What are your choices?
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete your photo, or delete your account and personal data, subject to records we must keep for legal and accounting reasons. Send your request through our contact page from the email address you ordered with. Depending on the state you live in, such as California, you may have further privacy rights under state law, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.
How do we protect your information?
The site uses an encrypted connection, accounts are password protected, and access to orders and uploaded photos is limited to the people and partners who need it to fulfil your order. No system is perfect, but we work to keep your information safe.
Children
This store is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this policy when our site or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
