What does GenzOutfit make?

Everything in the store is something people wear or use at home, personalized with a pet photo or printed with a pet design. The pet you see on a listing is just an example, so any dog or cat, any breed or mix, can take its place.

• Pet face pajamas: pajama pants, short pajama sets and a satin pajama set printed with your pet’s photo, plus cat pajamas and dog and breed print pajamas.
• Custom pet blankets: fleece, sherpa and minky blankets with a single-sided print of your pet’s photo.
• Custom pet socks: polyester-blend crew socks printed with your pet’s face or photo.

Each product page shows its own sizes, options and materials, so you can compare before you upload anything.

How does one photo become a finished item?

Whatever you order, it starts the same way. Our team crops your pet out of the photo and places it on the design you picked. We print your real photo; we don’t redraw, paint or illustrate it.

1. You choose and upload. Pick the product and size, then upload your pet’s photo on the product page. Some items also take a pet name.
2. We check and place it. If a photo is too blurry, dark or low-resolution to print well, we email you before production rather than printing something you won’t be happy with.
3. We print it to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your item is made after you order it, using our print partners.
4. We ship it. Orders go to US addresses only. Production and shipping ranges by product are on our shipping page.

There’s no proof to approve on every order; the photo check takes its place. Our how personalization works page covers each step and shows which photos print best.

What are our policies, in plain words?

• Shipping: US addresses only. Timing depends on the style and is listed on one page, our shipping and production times, so there’s a single set of numbers to check.
• Holidays: busy seasons can add 5–15 business days to shipping, so order early for the holidays.
• Returns: custom items can’t be returned for change of mind. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us photos within 14 days of delivery and we’ll reprint or refund it under our returns and remake policy.
• Your photo: we use it to make and ship your order, and to sort out a reprint if needed. Our privacy policy explains the rest.
• Sizes: the measurements we publish come straight from our print partners’ garment charts, collected in our size guide.

What won’t you read about GenzOutfit?

Some things are missing from this site on purpose. Each would be easy to write and impossible for us to back up.

• Made-up social proof. No ratings we wrote ourselves, no customer counts and no “as seen in” badges.
• Craft we don’t do. Nobody paints or draws the artwork. Your photo is prepared digitally and printed.
• Guesswork about specs. Materials, sizes and care steps come from our print partners. Where a detail isn’t published, we leave it out.
• Delivery dates we can’t control. We give production and shipping ranges, never a promised arrival date.

What don’t we sell?

We keep our range focused on things people wear and use. We don’t sell clothing for pets, matching dog-and-owner sets, kids’ pajamas or plush toys.
