Refund & Returns Policy

Because sometimes, it’s just not the vibe.

We want you to love every piece you get from genzoutfit — but if it’s not a match, no worries. Here’s how returns and refunds work:

Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags (if any) must still be attached

  • Items must be in the original packaging

Final sale, bodysuits, intimates, and custom/personalized items are non-returnable.

To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. genzoutfit is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Did we mess up? So sorry!
If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll fix it ASAP — whether that’s a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or color, simply return your item and place a new order for the one you want.
