We ship worldwide.
Whether you’re in the U.S., the UK, Australia, or halfway to the moon, we’ve got you covered.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • During high-demand drops or holiday seasons, processing may take a bit longer (we’ll keep you posted!).

Estimated Delivery Times

USA: 7–10 business days
Canada: 10–15 business days
International: 10–20 business days (varies by country)

We ship worldwide, with one exception:
We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Note: These are estimated times and can vary due to customs, carrier delays, or events beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email.

Customs & Import Fees

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • genzoutfit is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

  • Double-check your shipping address and mailbox area

  • Ask neighbors or building staff
