Returns
Return windowWe accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original condition with tags attached. Return requests submitted outside the approved return window may not be accepted unless required by law or approved at our discretion. |
Refunds
Refund timelineOnce your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your payment provider, card issuer, or banking institution. |
Return conditions
Eligible items
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from signs of wear, fragrance, makeup marks, or damage caused after delivery.
Non-returnable items
Final sale items, gift cards, intimate items, earrings, hosiery, and other hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
If exchanges are offered, customers may request a different size or eligible replacement item, subject to stock availability. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund depending on the situation.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return shipping
Unless a return is caused by an error on our side, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. If we provide a return label, the applicable cost may be deducted from the final refund where permitted.
