Ordering and personalization

What does GenzOutfit sell?

We sell personalized pet products for people: pajama pants, short pajama sets, a long-sleeve satin pajama set, fleece, sherpa and minky blankets, and crew socks printed with your dog’s or cat’s photo. We also sell dog, cat and breed print designs. Every item is printed to order, and our pajama pants, short sets, blankets and socks are printed in the USA.

How do I add my pet’s photo to an item?

Upload your pet’s photo on the product page before you add the item to your cart. Some products also let you add a pet name. Our team then crops the photo and places it on the design. Our how personalization works page walks through each step.

Do you sell pajamas or clothes for dogs to wear?

No. Our pajamas and socks are made for people. We don’t sell clothing for pets, matching dog-and-owner sets or kids’ pajamas.

Pet photos

What kind of photo works best?

Choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet faces the camera, both eyes are visible and the whole face is in the frame. Avoid heavy filters. Use one pet per photo unless the product page says the item can include more.

What happens if my photo is blurry or too dark?

If your photo is too blurry, dark or low-resolution to print well, we email you before production. You can send a different photo, or tell us to go ahead with the one you uploaded.

Will I see a proof before my item is printed?

Not on every order. We print the photo you upload rather than redrawing it, and we email you before production if the photo won’t print well.

Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size guide. It lists our supplier’s garment measurements, so compare them with a similar item you own. Pajama pants come in men’s and women’s S–2XL, short pajama sets in women’s S–3XL and men’s S–2XL, and the satin pajama set in XS–5XL.

What sock size should I order?

Our crew socks come in 3 sizes, and our supplier doesn’t match them to US shoe sizes. Lay a crew sock that fits you flat, measure it from heel to toe, and compare that with the Foot length column in our sock size chart.

Do the pajama pants have pockets or a drawstring?

No. The pajama pants have an elastic waistband, with no side pockets and no drawstring.

What blanket sizes can I choose?

Our blankets come in five styles. Landscape: fleece 60 x 50 inches, sherpa 40 x 30 or 60 x 50 inches, and minky 60 x 50 inches. Portrait: fleece 30 x 40 or 60 x 80 inches, and minky 30 x 40, 40 x 50, 50 x 60 or 60 x 80 inches. The Dog Print Fleece Blanket comes in the two fleece styles. All of them have a single-sided print, so your pet’s photo appears on one side only.

Production and shipping

How long will my order take?

It depends on the style: pajama pants, short sets and socks take 2–4 business days to print and 2–9 to ship. Landscape blankets and portrait fleece blankets take 1–3 to print and 5–7 to ship; portrait minky blankets take 2–4 and 2–9. The satin pajama set takes 3–5 business days to print and 9–11 to ship. Orders with two or more items take 1 extra business day. Our shipping page has a table by product.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. We ship to US addresses only. Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and similar areas can take up to 40–45 business days.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?

We can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date. Holiday demand can add 5–15 business days to shipping, so order early for the holidays.

Returns and problems

Can I return or exchange a custom item?

Custom items can’t be returned for change of mind or exchanged because a different size was chosen. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us photos within 14 days of delivery through our contact page and we’ll reprint or refund it. See our returns and remake policy.

Care

How do I wash my pajamas and blanket?

Pajama pants: machine wash in cold water, hang dry and don’t bleach. Short pajama sets: machine wash in cold water, don’t bleach, and tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Fleece and sherpa blankets are machine washable. Our supplier doesn’t publish care steps for the socks, so we don’t list any here.

Gifts

Can I order a personalized gift for someone else’s pet?

Yes. Upload a photo of their pet on the product page and enter the recipient’s US address as the shipping address at checkout. Our personalized pet gift ideas are a good place to start, and our pet memorial gifts are there for someone remembering a pet.
