Tax & duty information
This page explains how taxes, customs duties, and import-related charges may apply to your order. If you are ordering from outside our primary shipping market, please review this page carefully before completing checkout.

Domestic Orders
Taxes at checkoutFor domestic orders, applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar charges may be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and local regulations. If tax is charged at checkout, the final amount will be shown before you complete payment. If no tax appears, this may reflect your location, order type, or current tax settings at the time of purchase. |
International Orders
Customs duties and import feesInternational orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or brokerage charges assessed by the destination country. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. |
What customers should know before ordering
1. Charges vary by country
Tax and duty rules vary widely depending on the destination country, local customs authority, shipment value, product category, and current import regulations. We cannot guarantee a fixed amount for international duties unless a duty-paid service is specifically offered.
2. Payment may be requested before delivery
In some countries, the carrier or customs authority may contact you before delivery and request payment of duties, VAT, import tax, or related handling charges. Delivery may be delayed until these charges are paid.
3. Refused shipments
If an international order is refused because duties, taxes, or import fees are not paid, the shipment may be returned or abandoned by the carrier. In such cases, original shipping fees and any return-related costs may be deducted from the final refund where permitted.
4. Customs delays are outside our control
Customs inspection and import clearance may add delays to international shipments. These delays are managed by customs authorities and carriers, and are outside our direct control.
5. Check your local rules before ordering
We recommend checking with your local customs office or tax authority if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply to your order. This is especially important for international customers ordering from outside the store’s main domestic market.
What is included in the price?
Product prices shown on the website do not automatically include all taxes, duties, or import-related fees for every country unless specifically stated.
If your checkout displays duties or taxes separately, that means those charges are being collected in advance. If no such charges appear, additional fees may still be assessed by customs or the local carrier upon arrival.
